Keanu Reeves

Chris Buck: “I was at a film festival in Toronto where I grew up. I went over to him—he was in the middle of an interview, I don’t know what I was thinking—and I asked, ‘Can I take a picture?“ And he says, ‘Oh sure, dude. Just let me finish this.’ We found some nice light on the roof. I wanted to do an homage to that famous James Dean picture where he’s pulling his sweater over his face. We start doing that, then I saw his scar. I was like, ‘That scar is awesome. Lift it up so I can see it.’ And he thought it was funny. He was very, very sweet.”

Uneasy is a book of Chris Buck’s portraits of the famous from 1986 to 2016.
